Shaken, Not Stirred

Hi there!

Today I want to show you another fun polish from My-Stash Lacquer. It's called Shaken, Not Stirred.

This color was so much fun. It's an iridescent matte glitter topper polish ( Say that 10x fast lolol ). I honestly didn't see that it said matte in the title so when I put it on and it came matte I was like Heck Yes!!! I've seen lots of fun matte glitter polish swatches lately but I've never tried any! I really liked it! I thought about putting a top coat over it but I really just loved the matte so much!

I wanted to show this color over a few different colors. I went with ( in order L- R) Red Red, Black Crémé, Who is Ultra Violet?, Listening to Blue Reed, and Vengeful Bride - all from Wet n Wild.

There is tons of glitter and sparkles, but they aren't super in your face. Very fun. I liked this polish a lot!  You could really put it over any color or mani for a fun look!

You can check out My-Stash Lacquer on Facebook and Etsy! Her polishes run about 6$ each for full size bottles!

Thank you for reading! I hope you enjoy!

Shaken, Not Stirred by Leah

Omg I totally just realized something... I almost did this polish that I am about to show you called "Shaken, not stirred." by My-Stash Lacquer over top of Honey Ryder by OPI. Then I realized it probably wouldn't look right, but wouldn't that have been a funny name combo. Two 007 names. XD

Haha sorry, aaaanyways.... Last week for my mani I showed you Carnival by My-Stash Lacquer and I LOVED it. Panacea showed you one by the same brand too. These polishes are seriously so awesome. Her glitters are amazing. The base for these is like the perfect base, goes on so smooth, isn't drippy at all either.

This one, "Shaken, not stirred" is a sort of  iridescent, small glitter top coat. Dries with a matte finish. It also dried very fast! I tried it over two colors this week. I decided not to do it on a clear nail because the glitters are so small and stuff that I just feel nobody would really use it on just a naked nail. So I used it over Ulta Ruby Slipper on one hand, and Ebony Hates Chris on the other.

The sparkles look red, green, and gold to me. In the bottle it looks white.

Over Ruby Slipper it looks very Christmasy or nice for Thanksgiving even! Over Ebony Hates Chris it has a Halloween look! I am sure over other colors it will have different effects too, so fun!!

Hope you enjoyed my post, enjoy some lovely swatches. I forgot to put cuticle oil on for a couple pics, so ignore my dry fingers/cuticles. lol Winter hates my skin.

Gold Dust Woman

Hi there!

Today I want to show you one of those most gorgeous gold polishes I have ever worn! It is soooo sparkley and soooo pretty! I wore this for days till it was so chipped from work it was a disgrace!

This color is called Gold Dust Woman from My-Stash Lacquer. This color was so fun. I really didn't want to take it off! I kept showing all the girls at work too! I also painted my friends nail with this because she is a waitress and loves her nails done and I was like 'you're gonna have to have to give your customers sunglasses for all this sparkle!'

Gold Dust Woman is a Gold micro holographic nail polish that dries semi matte. Its super sparkley without a top coat but with a top coat. Holy Cow.. You really do need some sunglasses ;)

Here it is with three coats and one coat of top coat.

Here is a picture that is kind of blurry but you can really see the sparkle!

I just could not get over this polish. I really didn't want to take it off! This would be a fantastic holiday polish!! Festive for Christmas but on New Years Eve you'd be the talk of the night!

You can check out My-Stash Lacquer on Facebook and Etsy! Her polishes run about 6$ each for full size bottles and right now she is having a special on her minis- 3 for $8. Wicked. She is also planning some black Friday/ cyber Monday specials so you should check her page out!

Thank you for reading! I hope you enjoy!

Sugar Plum Fairy

Hi there!

This is the last color I have to show you from the Julie G Holiday Gumdrop collection... Sad right? But at least they are all super fun and pretty to look at! I know I'll be using these a ton!

The last color I want to show you is Sugar Plum Fairy. Its such a sparkley pretty purple. I love purple nail polish!! It's one of my favorite colors of nail polish to wear. It just looks really nice on me. :D

Here it is with two coats. It's thick enough for one coat but I just think its better with two.

Guh. I seriously can't get over this color or this collection. I love them both so much!!  Have you tried any of the Julie G Gumdrops? They are available at Rite aid and if you don't have any rite aids near you, you can purchase the complete set on their website for $23.94 and all orders over $20 are shipped free ( within the us )!

Thank you for reading! I hope you enjoy!

Mistletoe

Hi there!

I hope you are enjoying my Holiday Gumdrop posts! I really can't even tell you how much I LOVE this collection! They are so awesome!!

The color I want to show you today is Mistletoe. Mistletoe is a super gorgeous deep green texture polish. I really loved this one. I was so pleasantly surprised when I put this one on. This one looked even better on my nails than it did in the bottle.

Here it is with two coats. This one would be okay with one coat but I think two really makes the color.

Mustache Carnival

Hello lovelies!

I am here to show you a new indie brand today! Woot woot, how excited are you?! I don't even remember now how I found this brand............... I think I seen swatch pics on Instagram now that I think about it. So anyways, I am super glad I found her!! The brand is My-Stash Lacquer and there are mustaches on the bottle! OMG I was so excited because I love mustaches!

Ok, so at first when I received Carnival, my first thought was "I hope I don't have to put on a million coats or dig for glitter." I was extremely impressed, this stuff is AWESOME! The base picks up the glitter SOOOOO well. When I painted my first thumb with it I didn't scrape off the brush because its glitter I thought I would need a few coats. One coat without scraping off the excess was more than enough glitter! So amazed! lol Then I did one coat where I scraped off the extra on my middle finger and it was still awesome, but since I love glitter so much, I did the rest of my nails without scraping off the excess polish.

I wanted to show it over black because I really love glitter over black, so I used Ebony Hates Chris by Wet n Wild. I also did an accent nail with no color underneath, just naked nail. This is also one non scraped coat. The colors in it are so pretty and the glitters really sparkle in the light, its so gorgeous! Didn't take too long to dry, used Seche Vite for a top coat and it dried about the same speed as any other polishes.

Not that I expected it to, but it didn't smell strong. I honest to God have no complaints about this polish. Danielle was so nice and she sent me my polishes for review so fast! It also lasted me for a while. The day I picked it off (I have a problem lol) it didn't have any chips in it!

This is definitely my favorite glitter that I have so far. Hope you guys enjoyed my post. Have a great week! Here are a bunch of pics to enjoy! :D

If you would like to purchase this or any of her other polishes you can check out her store here!

Hi there!

I have another Julie G Holiday gumdrop to show youuu!! Do you have any of the Holiday Gumdrops? I love them so much. I definitely see myself using these polishes a lot! They are really fun! I am kind of hoping there will be another groupon special for these so I can pick up another set!

The one I want to show you today is Ho Ho Ho. I love the name! Its a super cute and festive reddish / pink. Ho Ho Ho is probly for Santa, but this one also reminds me of an ornament!

This would be super great for some Santa outfit nail art!

Here it is with two coats. One is probly okay with this one as well!

I love this collection so very much. If you don't have any rite aids near you you can purchase the complete set on their website for $23.94 and all orders over $20 are shipped free ( within the us )!

Gift of Gold

Hi there!

Do you have the Julie G Holiday Gumdrops??? I fell in love with them pretty basically as soon as I saw them! I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!!! Every single color! I really recommend this collection, if you haven't already picked them up. They are all pretty amazing. Such great Holiday colors!

Like I said in my previous Julie G posts: I wanted to give each of these colors their own spot light, so I am doing a separate post for each. I really like it this way, better!

The third polish from the collection that I wanted to share is Gift of Gold. I loved this one. When I first put it on I thought it would be my very favorite from the collection. It's definitely in the top three. Its so gorgeous and festive! It's mostly gold but there are tiny hints of red and copper glitter. It reminds me of an elegantly wrapped present!

This is two coats, no top coat. I think with this one too that you would be fine with just one coat. The second coat goes on a lot darker.

It is really so pretty!!! Much prettier in person I think too. My pictures don't do it justice.

I love this collection very much. If you don't have any rite aids near you you can purchase the complete set on their website for $23.94 and all orders over $20 are shipped free ( within the us )!

Thank you for reading! I hope you enjoy!

Silver Bells

Hi there!

Have you seen the new Julie G Holiday Gumdrops Collection??? I fell in love with them pretty basically as soon as I saw them! I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!!! Every single color! I really recommend this collection if you  haven't gotten them yet. They are all pretty much amazing. Great Holiday colors!

I wanted to do a separate post for each color. I really think that each color deserves their own spot light.

The second color from this collection that I wanted to show you is Silver Bells. This color is so gorgeous, so easy to apply and so nice to look at. It looks a lot like falling snow. Which is the only time I ever think snow is pretty!

Here it is with two coats no top coat. Again, I think that this is thick enough you would be fine with just one coat.

I seriously just love this collection so much. Every color! If you don't have any rite aids near you you can purchase the complete set of six on their website for $23.94 and all orders over $20 are shipped free ( within the us )!

Thank you for reading! I hope you enjoy!
