Orly Oui

Hi there!

Today I want to show you one of my FAVORITE colors from Orly. Her name is Oui, and she is one of the few polishes I own that I have worn more than a few times.. I seriously just love this polish. It is a super gorgeous purple/gold shimmer bottle of liquid beauty. That is the best way that I can describe this polish. If you see this polish, you should snatch it up. You'll be so happy that you did.

Here it is with two coats and a top coat in regular light.

Here it is with two coats and a top coat in the sunlight... I've never really been able to get good photos of this polish for some reason. I think the sun here in Arizona is just awesome. It makes all my polishes look awesome!

Do you not just LOVE this polish? I cant even stand it. It is perfect. I love the color shift and the color combo. What do you think of this polish?

Thank you for reading! I hope you enjoy!

The Scientist

Hello there!

Happy Monday! I hope you are all having a great week so far. I honestly really never had a problem with Mondays. But Thursdays...  Thursdays are not my day.

Anywho.

Today I have another color from Marbles for Polish called The Scientist. This is a Hulk inspired nail polish, so of course I had to have this one! The Scientist is a super dark green jelly base polish with lime green and purple glitters. It is so cool! In the note she sent me with the polishes she said that it may stain, and with the luck I have with green polishes, so I added two coats of base coat... I wore this color for a few days, and it did not stain my nails! Green polish ALWAYS stains my nails! I am not saying it wont stain yours, so I definitely recommend a base coat if you are wearing this.

This polish applied very nice, and smooth, even coats. And the glitters were abundant. There was no fishing for these, and they disperse so nice. It goes on kind of light and thin with just one coat, but two coats is just perfect.

Here it is with two coats and no top coat.

Gluttony

Hi there!

Today I want to show you a polish from a new to me brand, Marbles for Polish. Leah did a review of her polishes a few months back. I haven't had a lot of extra money to purchase ANY nail polish, so when it was my groups turn to review for her, I was super excited!

The first color I want to show you Gluttony, from her 7 Deadly Sins collection. Gluttony is a gorgeous metallic orange polish with gorgeous orange glitters that almost look red. They go perfect together!  When it dries it looks like it could almost have a texture to it, but it is not, it is smooth!

This polish applies nice and even. It is just so very gorgeous!

Intense right? It is amazing by itself, but you could totally add a little of this to a bottle of an old polish you have that needs a little oomph! Give it a whole new life and it wouldn't take much either I bet!

Her polishes start at $10. You can check out I Love Nail Polish and give them a like on Facebook and you can check out her store here.

I'm Stucco on You

Hi there!

Today I want to show you one of the colors from the Nicole by OPI line Roughles. I think that since they are pastels you are maybe supposed to say like Ruffles, because they are textured so roughles doesn't make a lot of sense. Or maybe that is the point..

Anyways the color I want to share with you is I'm Stucco on You. It is a super pretty purple pastel texture polish with specks of darker purple. This polish is not glittery, it is just textured. I kind of liked that.

I had originally swatched this with two coats, but I am really not sure if you are supposed to use two coats on textured polish, so I took it off and re did it with one thick coat. I feel like that is probly how you are supposed to do it because it always is more defined and textured with just one coat.

Here it is with one coat no top coat.

I don't have any texture polishes that aren't glittery, and as much and I love glitter. I think these are pret-ty sweet.

Thank you for reading! I hope you enjoy!

Cheeky Chops

Hi there!

A couple of weeks ago I was just really needing a yellow polish on my nails! I didn't want any color except yellow. So I decided on Cheeky Chops by butter LONDON.

This yellow is a super gorgeous yellow! Not too bright, not too pastel. It was pretty perfect, really. It coated so evenly and nice, with no streaking. And I think that is something that just doesn't happen often with yellow polish. At least for me..

It reminds me of flowers and summer.. Which I am seriously hoping for both very soon!

Here it is with two coats and a top coat.

Fashion District

Hi there!

Today I want to show you a super fun new matte color from KleanColor. I got it from my Adopt A Friend a few months ago and OH MA GAWD I was so excited when I saw it! As soon as I opened it I messaged her on facebook to tell her how perfect it was! It really is so perfect, gorgeous, matte - barbie pink. I have a lot of pinks, but none like this one !!

People seem to have a lot of issues with the way kleancolor smells, and sometimes some are a little strong. But, I don't think this one smelled too bad. It was kind of pleasant. It almost smelled like bubble gum! It also applied like a dream and so smooth. No streaks or anything. Perfect with two coats.

Here it is with two coats.

Is this not just the most perfect pink nail polish? I don't know where to find kleancolor around me, but if I see this color I will definitely pick up a back up bottle I love it so much!

Thank you for reading! I hope you enjoy!

Deep with Self Satisfaction

Hi there!

Today I want to show you a new to me brand called Poshinality! Poshinality is based out of Los Angeles and they are a vegan brand! woo! Last week Leah did a review for them of the color flirt, and you can check that out here. I had never heard of this brand before receiving an email for them, and I was really excited to try them out. So when I got the box I put it on right away! Oh my gosh you guys! What a gorgeous, and perfect for me color!

Poshinality Deep

The color is called Deep and it is a super creamy deep teal. The application of this color was SO WONDERFUL! It applied thick enough with one coat, though I still applied two, and it dried so quickly! Seriously, I was moving around and I accidentally smacked my hand against the computer and there were no smudges! This was not even a minute after I finished painting them I bet. I really loved this color so much! I got so many compliments on it! Even a couple of gentlemen complimented it!

Here it is with two coats and no top coat.

It is so shiny and smooth, if you were in a hurry you could totally get away without a top coat!

Here it is with two coats and a top coat!

I wanted to add a little bit of glitter so I used Blue Eyed Girl Lacquer Self Satisfied. I seriously loved the two polishes together it was ridiculous!!

Poshinality Deep & Blue Eyed Girl Lacquer Self Satisfied

I thought I had given myself ample time for my nails to dry before I left the house, but as I was getting the dog into the car I smudged it a little. I didn't have time to fix it till two days later, and I still loved it so much that I took it off and re-painted them the same!

I can't wait to try more colors from Poshinality! I was checking out their website the other day and I noticed their spring collection. uhm, Gooorgeous! I need it in my life!

The polishes start at $9.50, and you can like Poshinality on Facebook and you can check out their website, here!

Thank you for reading! I hope you enjoy!
