Hi there!
This is the last color I have to show you from the Julie G Holiday Gumdrop collection... Sad right? But at least they are all super fun and pretty to look at! I know I'll be using these a ton!
The last color I want to show you is Sugar Plum Fairy. Its such a sparkley pretty purple. I love purple nail polish!! It's one of my favorite colors of nail polish to wear. It just looks really nice on me. :D
Here it is with two coats. It's thick enough for one coat but I just think its better with two.
Guh. I seriously can't get over this color or this collection. I love them both
so much!! Have you tried any of the Julie G Gumdrops? They are available
at Rite aid and if you don't have any rite aids near you, you can
purchase the complete set on their website for $23.94 and all orders over $20 are shipped free ( within the us )!
Thank you for reading! I hope you enjoy!

Mistletoe
Hi there!
I hope you are enjoying my Holiday Gumdrop posts! I really can't even tell you how much I LOVE this collection! They are so awesome!!
The color I want to show you today is Mistletoe. Mistletoe is a super gorgeous deep green texture polish. I really loved this one. I was so pleasantly surprised when I put this one on. This one looked even better on my nails than it did in the bottle.
Here it is with two coats. This one would be okay with one coat but I think two really makes the color.

Ho Ho Ho
Hi there!
I have another Julie G Holiday gumdrop to show youuu!! Do you have any of the Holiday Gumdrops? I love them so much. I definitely see myself using these polishes a lot! They are really fun! I am kind of hoping there will be another groupon special for these so I can pick up another set!
The one I want to show you today is Ho Ho Ho. I love the name! Its a super cute and festive reddish / pink. Ho Ho Ho is probly for Santa, but this one also reminds me of an ornament!
This would be super great for some Santa outfit nail art!
Here it is with two coats. One is probly okay with this one as well!
I love this collection so very much. If you don't have any rite aids near you you can purchase the complete set on their website for $23.94 and all orders over $20 are shipped free ( within the us )!

Gift of Gold
Hi there!
Do you have the Julie G Holiday Gumdrops??? I fell in love with them pretty basically as soon as I saw them! I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!!! Every single color! I really recommend this collection, if you haven't already picked them up. They are all pretty amazing. Such great Holiday colors!
Like I said in my previous Julie G posts: I wanted to give each of these colors their own spot light, so I am doing a separate post for each. I really like it this way, better!
The third polish from the collection that I wanted to share is Gift of Gold. I loved this one. When I first put it on I thought it would be my very favorite from the collection. It's definitely in the top three. Its so gorgeous and festive! It's mostly gold but there are tiny hints of red and copper glitter. It reminds me of an elegantly wrapped present!
This is two coats, no top coat. I think with this one too that you would be fine with just one coat. The second coat goes on a lot darker.
It is really so pretty!!! Much prettier in person I think too. My pictures don't do it justice.
I love this collection very much. If you don't have any rite aids near you you can purchase the complete set on their website for $23.94 and all orders over $20 are shipped free ( within the us )!

Silver Bells
Hi there!
Have you seen the new Julie G Holiday Gumdrops Collection??? I fell in love with them pretty basically as soon as I saw them! I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!!! Every single color! I really recommend this collection if you haven't gotten them yet. They are all pretty much amazing. Great Holiday colors!
I wanted to do a separate post for each color. I really think that each color deserves their own spot light.
The second color from this collection that I wanted to show you is Silver Bells. This color is so gorgeous, so easy to apply and so nice to look at. It looks a lot like falling snow. Which is the only time I ever think snow is pretty!
Here it is with two coats no top coat. Again, I think that this is thick enough you would be fine with just one coat.
I seriously just love this collection so much. Every color! If you don't have any rite aids near you you can purchase the complete set of six on their website for $23.94 and all orders over $20 are shipped free ( within the us )!
Thank you for reading! I hope you enjoy!

Sleigh Ride
Hi there!
Happy Veterans Day! Thank you to all those that serve and have served to protect our country!
Have you seen the new Julie G Holiday Gumdrops Collection??? I fell in love with them pretty basically as soon as I saw them! I loved the summer collection so I figured as much that I would love these too, but I love them a little more than I thought I would! I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!!! Every single color! I really recommend this collection if you haven't gotten them yet. They are all pretty much amazing. Great Holiday colors!
The first color from the collection I want to show you is Sleigh Ride. It's a gorgeous blue texture polish. So gorgeous. Seriously.. It reminds me more of an ornament. Its so pretty.
I had a base coat and ridge filler base coat on and it still stained my nails and my fingers. But I still love it very much!
Here it is with two coats and no top coat. Honestly these are pretty thick and I think you would be just fine with only one coat!
I love this collection so very much. Have you tried the Holiday ones? Do you enjoy them?! If you don't have any rite aids near you, you can purchase the complete set on their website for $23.94 and all orders over $20 are shipped free ( within the us )! Holler!

Stencil fail
For my birthday back in April, I received a cute lil set of nail art polishes with stencils by Kiss. I thought they looked fun, but just never got around to trying them, till yesterday...
First I started out with some Gift Wrapped by Julie G. This is one of the polishes that I got from my haul at Big Lots. I paid $1 for it! (That sale was awesome) Anyways, this polish is gorgeous!
I wanted to do an accent finger in something shimmery, and then use the Julie G as the stencil color over the shimmer. I decided to use Gilty Party by Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure. Love this stuff! Its gorgeous silver with a very light hint of red sparkle in it.
Ok, so on to the stencil. Of course I waited till my polish was dry. I had let it sit for about an hour, then put the stencil over the accent nail. Instantly I knew that was a bad idea. It was already super sticky on the polish. So before even putting any polish on, I pulled it off. It peeled some polish off. Seriously? It dried for an hour! So I let it dry a little longer, then tried again. I knew it was still not going to work, so I applied polish anyways, just to see. Same thing, pulled it off, and it pulled up polish, but this time, it ripped, and it I wouldn't have carefully peeled it off the rest of the way, it would have probably peeled more than the first rip.
These stencils were flimsy and kept wanting to stick to my other fingers when I was trying to apply it, it wasn't cooperating with me at all. I thought they would be cute and fun, but they weren't at all, they just frustrated me. So I ended up just painting over the Julie G and calling it good, I gave up. lol
Hope everyone had a great 4th of July weekend and that you all have a fantastic week! xoLeah

Happy Independence Day!!
Sunday night I didn't want my kids, they were at my parents for the night. I decided I wanted to do something fun for the 4th. Lots of the stuff I wanted to try wasn't really working out that well, so I just kinda gave up and went with the flow. lol
For the base color I used Kate by Julep. This is a nice white, its hard to find good white polishes which I am sure many of you already know. I really should do a comparison with the whites that I have... Anyways, for the red, I used Devious by Sinful Shine. There is two blues used. The glittery blue is Carly by Julep. This is probably my favorite blue glitter. Love this stuff!! The second blue is more holographic, its Wow-A-Doodle by Nail Nation. Her polishes are so awesome! The glitter on my ring finger is Light It Up by Julie G. And finally, the two stars on my pointer finger on my left hand, I used stars from Hollywood Walk Of Fame by Fergie by Wet n Wild. My original plan was to use stars like that throughout the whole many, but the polish, even though it was completely dry, suddenly was taking over the stars because of the glue I put down to hold the stars. So I ended up going with the gems.
I was going to do fireworks like my thumb on my left hand for the entire mani, from the get go, but when that took so long to do, I said forget it because it was already getting late. My brush that I was using was the wrong brush and was derpin it. lol My back was hurting so I was being too lazy to get up and get my other brush. haha
I wanted to change it up on my right hand cuz I wasn't really feeling the left hand. I keep thinking of Texas now for some reason though.
I decided to do my toes too and I think they look real cute! I mean my feed look gross, but I love this fuschia with these gems. I used Metallic Fuschia by Klean Colors. I know it doesn't go with my mani, but I just can't get over how gorgeous this fuschia is!
For the 4th, we're probably going to go swimming with our kids, then head down to the fireworks early and have a lil bbq with some of my family. This will be Elijah's first year going, so I am excited to see how he reacts. Zeke loves the fireworks! We didn't take Elijah last year because he was only 7 months old and it was like high 90's, super humid, and just miserable out. Saginaw's fireworks keep getting better, year after year. So I am excited to see how good they are this year!
What are some family traditions that you and your family have for Independence Day?
Hope everyone has a fun and safe holiday! Have a great week! xoLeah

Summer Fun!
Hi there! :)
As you know our page right now is having a Summer themed nail art contest! We are so excited to see everyone's ideas! You can check our facebook page here for all of the details!
Here is a picture of my mani I did for inspiration!
On my thumb I did a little beach. I used Wet n Wild Fergie Cabo Cruise for the sky, Zoya Pixie Dust Solange for the sun, Julep Sea Salt Jill for the sand and Julie G gumdrops Blueberry Fizz for the water. On my pointer I tried to do a beach ball. It turned out ok but I think it looks funny. I used L.A. Colors Energy Source for the base, Zoya Pixie dust Solange for the middle part, Julie G gumdrops Hot Cinnamon, Blueberry Fizz, and Tangerine Dream for the color parts around the beach ball. On my middle finger I used Wet n Wild Fergalicious and put some cute nail art stickers on. I got them at Wal Mart for like $1.98. They are like little girls stickers but they are so cute!! I really couldn't pass them up! I love them! On my ring and my pinkie nails I used Julep Sea Salt Jill for the sand. On my ring finger I used Wet n Wild Fergie Purple Polka-dot Bikini for the flip flops and Wet n Wild Fergie Miami Spirit for the flip flop straps.
I really had SO much fun doing this mani. It didn't even really take a lot of time either which is awesome. I hope you all will enter our contest! The more the merrier!
Thanks for reading! I hope you enjoy!
